In this image all the background is 3D, just the model is a picture, the original shot was taken at my studio with just one light panel, i wanted to use just one light to give realism to the final composition. The interior is a kind of " Kid Size Home " i mean, the proportions smaller than usuall an d with a more simple structure. The composition and texturing is done in C4D and the Render at Maxell, I´ve use a low poly model to project the shadows of the baby, after i change that low poly model in Photoshop and i´ve included the picture matching the colors.
